Good news: the number of frePPLe customers is growing!

But this also means that frePPle has to face a significant increase in the number of requests or questions received from customers, all coming from different channels (emails, chat, phone calls…).

Keeping track of everything has become challenging lately so we’ve decided to introduce a new service desk tool to centralize requests, create a knowledge base, and keep our customers satisfied.
