A service desk tool for frePPLe
The number of frePPLe customers is growing and that’s good news!
But this also means that frePPle has to face a significant increase in the number of requests or questions received from customers, all coming from different channels (emails, chat, phone calls…).
Keeping track of everything became challenging lately so we decided to introduce a new service desk tool to centralize the requests, create a knowledge base and keep our customers satisfied.
All customers will receive shortly personal instructions on how to access this service desk tool.
