A tool with the capabilities and flexibility as frePPLe has a significant learning curve. It’ll take considerable time before your project team is efficient in translating your business and process requirements into a frePPLe model.
The quick start workshop drastically reduces the ramp up phase. At a price of 1000 euro we’ll run 3 sessions of 2-3 hours over Skype to get you started quickly. The sessions address:
- Quick introduction to frePPLe
- Quick review of your intended frePPLe usage
- Modelling your environment
- Learning to review and analyze the model output
The sessions are very interactive, directly focusing on your needs.
Between the sessions we typically leave a couple of days to give you time to gather the required data and continue exploring at your own pace.
At the end of the workshop the goal is to have a working prototype model, ready for demoing and presenting to management.
FrePPLe and its partner network provide thorough knowledge of supply chain planning concepts, industry best practices, product expertise and creativity to guide you through an implementation project. Starting from the analysis of the current situation and the business objectives, we’ll work with you to design and implement your new planning processes and tools.
We provide a class which includes the following levels of depth:

- Technical training:

The class takes 2 or 3 days and can be tailored upon the needs and background of the audience.
