Support Policy

The subscription to a Frepple license (whether it’s the Enterprise or the Cloud edition) includes the support and maintenance of the Odoo (custom or standard) connectors used by the Frepple customer, regardless of the Odoo version they use.

Frepple will provide billable consulting on development and migration of customizations related to the Odoo connectors.
