Frepple is updating its support plans. No worries, it’s not a price increase…
It’s about adjusting the options to better meet the expectations of our cloud customers.
- We are adding a “cloud plus” offering.
Some customers use frePPLe very intensively, and they have very demanding expectations on the cloud services (with big datasets, many scenarios, complex integrations, many runs a day, etc…)
Other customers use frePPLe more out-of-the-box with standard configurations.
A one-size-fits-all approach no longer matches the expectations of our customers.
With the “cloud plus” offering we provide the demanding customers the extra possibilities and flexibility they ask for.
- We are removing the “basic support” plan that provides only bare minimum technical support.
Very few customers chose this plan anyway, so let’s drop it.
Customers currently on this older “basic support” plan can continue with this plan at the same old price.
- For the techies:
We have restructured the back-end of the cloud infrastructure to enable the new “cloud plus” offering.
Previously we used multi-tenant servers, shared across customers.
The new cloud infrastructure is based on container services, and each customer now gets a dedicated and isolated environment.
